Refund Policy
All items in store come as is. Items are secondhand, therefore they may have imperfections. All flaws will be photographed in product pictures so please take a second to inspect before purchasing. Measurements as well as tag sizing will be available to reference when buying our items. Because of this transparency, we unfortunately will not offer refunds after purchase. Please carefully inspect all item photos, information, sizing, and pricing before purchasing.
Shipping Policies
What happens if my item never arrives?
All of our items will be shipped the Monday or Friday following your purchase. Items purchased on weekends will be sent out on Monday, and items purchased during the week will be sent out Friday. If by chance your item never arrives, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue. If the error is on your end, we cannot correct any errors once the package is out of our hands. If the error is on us, we will do whatever we can to make the situation right.
